OUR STORY

Mad Scientist Mushrooms, LLC has three main purposes:

• Mad Scientist Mushrooms, LLC seeks to provide local access to fresh, high quality mushrooms through private sales and restaurants in the greater Grand Rapids area.

• Mad Scientist Mushrooms, LLC will conduct research on varieties of mushrooms that are typically considered difficult to cultivate commercially (e.g. morels, chanterelles, etc.). This research is currently funded through mushroom sales. Other finding opportunities are also being considered.

• Mad Scientist Mushrooms, LLC seeks to educate the public of the multitude of ways that mushrooms are important commercially, ecologically, culinarily, and to the promotion of human health
